How do I book an appointment?

Appointments are accepted via direct message or online booking system. 
Please include your desired service, preferred date/time, and any relevant nail history.

Is a deposit required? 

Yes, A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount is applied toward your final service total. 


Can I reschedule my appointment? 

Rescheduling is accepted with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice

What happens if I arrive late?

A grace period of 10-15 minutes is provided, Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment .

How long do appointments take? 

Timing varies based on service complexity: 
 
– Signature manicure: 60-90 minutes
– Detailed nail art sets: 1.5-2.5 hours
– Removal + new set: up to 3 hours

Do you offer nail removal?

Yes. Removal is a separate service and not included in set pricing. Pricing varies for work completed by me versus other nail technicians.

Do you work over other nails techs’ work? 

Yes. Foreign work may require additional time, product, and adjusted pricing. 

Can I request custom design?

Absolutely. Inspiration images are welcome. Final designs may be adjusted to suit nail structure and integrity

Do prices vary?

Yes. Final pricing depends on length, design complexity, and service type. A full menu is available for reference

Cash, e-transfer, WeChat pay (weixin)

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are provided. However adjustments or fixes are available within 3-5 days if needed.

🧼 Hygiene & Safety Standards

How do you ensure tools are clean and safe?

All implements are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized between each client using professional grade disinfectants. Single-use items (files, buffers, orangewood sticks, toe separator ) are disposed of after every service 

How is workstation maintained?

All workstation is disinfected before and after each client. High-touch surface are regularly cleaned to maintain a sanitary environment.

What hygiene practice do we personally follow?

Proper hand hygiene is performed before and after every client. A mask and gloves may be worn during services, and we maintain strict personal cleanliness standards at all times.

If you have nail condition or infection? 

For everyone safety, services will be declined if there are signs of:

– Fungus
– Infection
– Open wounds or severe irritation 

We recommend seeking medical advice before booking

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

To maintain a calm, safe, and focused environment, we kindly ask that client do not bring toddlers or young children to appointment for safety concerns.

For liability and safety reasons children are not allowed in the workspace
